Robert Eldridge is the bar manager at the original Broken Shaker in Miami Beach and an industry professional with over ten years of hospitality experience. At the Broken Shaker, Robert enjoys the always-changing menu and the lively atmosphere and staff. His favorite parts of his job are tasting new products and introducing people to new—as well as classic—cocktails.
Scott LoBianco, a Chicago native, joined the hospitality industry at age 13 when he fell in love with cooking. This love continues to show in the cocktails he creates today. Starting at the acclaimed GT Fish and Oyster, he was then part of the opening team for The Berkshire Room (where the expansive spirits collection and unique dealer’s choice menu grew his creativity and knowledge), and then moved on to several bars in Wicker Park, including Bordel and Presidio. Finally he joined the talented Bar Lab team to open Broken Shaker at Freehand Chicago, where he oversees the program as bar manager.
Christine Wiseman—the bar manager at the Broken Shaker in Los Angeles—has lived in LA for 6 years. She's worked in several well-known bars around town but has found her home on a rooftop bar where there is open air and sunshine 345 days of the year!
