Bobby Eldridge is the East Coast Bar Director for the James Beard Award–nominated Broken Shaker, overseeing locations at Freehand New York and Freehand Miami, along with Freehand Miami’s 27 Restaurant & Bar. Working alongside award-winning Beverage Director Kellie Thorn at Empire State South in Atlanta, Bobby built up his knowledge of developing seasonal menus and utilizing locally sourced ingredients. In 2015, he relocated to Miami to become the Bar Manager of Broken Shaker at Freehand Miami, where he led the team to receive the 2018 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Award for Best Hotel Bar as well as inclusion on the “World’s 50 Best Bars” list from 2015 to 2018.
Scott LoBianco, a Chicago native, started his career at the acclaimed GT Fish and Oyster, was then part of the opening team for The Berkshire Room, and eventually moved on to several bars in Wicker Park, including Bordel and Presidio. He joined the talented Bar Lab team to open Broken Shaker at Freehand Chicago, where he oversaw the program as bar manager (though he has since departed from there). Scott's about to start his fourth year as the brand ambassador of St~Germain, and you can also catch him behind the bar at Good Measure and with the amazing team at Hospitality 201, which focuses on cocktail catering.
Christine Wiseman—the bar manager at Broken Shaker in Los Angeles—has been immersed in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, having started out as a chef. She found great success and worldwide recognition working as a bartender in acclaimed bars and restaurants such as Virtue Feed and Grain (Washington D.C., led by Todd Thrasher), Ink, La Descarga, and leading the irreverent and always innovative beverage programs at Breakroom 86, and then finally landed at Broken Shaker LA. Christine was a semi-finalist for American Bartender of The Year (2018, Spirited Award) and has been featured in Food & Wine Magazine, Thrillist National, GQ Magazine, and Punch.
