At age 16, first-generation Arab American and Chicagoland native Mony started her hospitality career in various steakhouses before joining the opening team at Sable Kitchen and Bar as a cocktail server. After leaving Sable, she was part of the opening teams at Prairie School, Queen Mary Tavern, and the Kimpton Gray Hotel. In 2017, she was the Season 6 national champion of Speed Rack, an all-female speed bartending competition that benefits breast cancer research and education, bringing the title to Chicago for the first time. She is currently the beverage development specialist at Tenzing Wine and Spirits and is a co-founder of Support Staff, a nonprofit focused on improving the mental health of Chicago's hospitality community.
Alex Jump originally hails from Chattanooga, TN, where she grew up breathing Southern hospitality. A BAR 5-Day graduate, Alex honed her skills by working behind and running bar programs at multiple James Beard–nominated restaurants.
She has competed in multiple national competitions including Speed Rack, Lustau Solera Standout, Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year, and Bombay Sapphire Most Imaginative Bartender, and in 2017, she won the southwest regional title in Speed Rack, an all-female speed bartending competition that benefits breast cancer research and education. In early 2018, she joined the opening team at Death & Co Denver as the head bartender.
Haley Traub has been bartending in New York City cocktail bars for nearly a decade. In 2018 she won the national title in Speed Rack, an all-female speed bartending competition that benefits breast cancer research and education. She lives in Brooklyn with her dog, Harold, and is currently the general manager at Attaboy, a cocktail bar on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
