Tony Abou-Ganim ("The Modern Mixologist"), regarded as one of the world's pioneering and leading bar professionals, has made dozens of national TV appearances, authored two books, has a DVD to his credit, hosted Raising the Bar: America’s Best Bar Chefs, and has his own signature branded line of Modern Mixologist bar tools. In 1998, Tony was selected to develop the cocktail program at Bellagio Las Vegas. He's a National Ambassador of the USBG, partner at Libertine Social restaurant at Mandalay Bay, and created the beverage programs for T-Mobile Arena and Las Vegas Ballpark. He also owns a beverage consulting firm specializing in bar staff training, product education, and cocktail development.
With 15+ years of service industry experience, Mia Mastroianni became one of the founding bartenders of the private, members-only club Soho House West Hollywood, where she established herself as a respected and oft-requested mixologist for Hollywood's who's who, and also opened Soho House locations in Miami Beach and Toronto, Canada. After winning Speed Rack Southern California in 2012, she competed for the national title in NY twice, and has since transitioned to the judging side for multiple competitions. Mia regularly appears as expert mixologist on Bar Rescue, and has led cocktail segments on Big Morning Buzz Live and FABLife.
Professional bartender Sother Teague is the Beverage Director at acclaimed NYC bitters bar Amor y Amargo, partner at both the tea-driven Blue Quarter and French-inspired Windmill, co-founder of NYC charity pop-up bar Coup, Beverage Director at the newly-opened the vegan barbecue and American whiskey lounge Honeybee's, and host of The Speakeasy on Heritage Radio Network. He developed a love of teaching while working on the TV program Good Eats and has been featured as a cocktail expert in various outlets including Esquire, The New York Times, New York Magazine, Time Out, and BuzzFeed. In 2018, he was named Wine Enthusiast's "Mixologist of the Year," the same year his first book, I'm Just Here For The Drinks, was published.
