Originally from Pennsylvania, Libby Lingua began her bartending career at a popular nightclub while attending college outside of Pittsburgh. Since then, her passion for the industry has led her to travel all around the country, including to her adopted home city of Phoenix, AZ, where she's currently a part of the progressive craft company Barter & Shake, and acting Bar Manager of their debut tiki bar, Undertow. Within the first ten months of operation, Undertow has been recognized by Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards, "Top Ten Best New American Cocktail Bars 2017." Libby also has a background in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing and has experience as a freelance stylist in fashion, interiors, floral design, and event coordination.
Frank Kurt Alessandro Maldonado Mayorga was born and raised in Guatemala and moved to NYC to follow his dream of becoming a bartender. Now, he feels lucky and proud to be able to say that he works for one of the most amazing, important bars in the world: Employees Only. He hopes to see every one of you there soon, so he can serve you one of their delicious cocktails in person. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Joy Herrin was brought up in a family steeped in the hospitality industry. Instantly captivated, she started working at the island's hotels at age twenty. She moved around the States to satisfy her hunger for growth and knowledge, opening properties in South Beach and working cruise ships in Hawaii before finally landing in Vegas, where she has made her home for the past six years. There, she's found mentorship, a family, and a lifestyle that she could've never dreamed of—all true blessings. Joy currently tends bar at the prestigious Chica at the Venetian.
